WDF&S has the capabilities to clean several different types of grains, pulses, and oilseeds. In order to do quality cleaning that we promise, grain goes through a screen machine, indents and two gravity tables. By doing this, grain is cleaned out by length and density. We are able to scalp most scab and midge damage from durum, as well as do barley/durum separation. We clean down all cleaning equipment before switching varieties. WDF&S will clean seed and process the new products that are being grown. We are also a certified organic cleaner. The goal for plant operation is to keep it operating 20 hours a day, 6 days a week.
